During an earlier stage of his career, Mr. Carrington garnered two years of expertise as a supervisor for the U.S. Embassy in Iraq, beginning in 2011. Mr. Carrington subsequently became a firefighter for the U.S. Department of Defense, where he served from 2013 until 2020.
As a respected soldier in the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Carrington was involved in the 2005 Recovery Mission in Iraq. After serving his country, Mr. Carrington studied at Saint Leo University, a Catholic university in Saint Leo, Florida, where he acquired a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2019.
