In her role, Ms. Rouleau is primarily responsible for conducting data research and project tracking, and bears extensive experience in cost analysis, writing bid proposals, maintaining computer filing systems, business communication and organizational psychology, among many other fields.
Hailing from a multifaceted career path, Ms. Rouleau has been associated with a variety of organizations and companies since 2013. Beginning in the field of hospitality and concierge services, she transitioned to the field of law as a legislative aide to the director of external affairs for the State Bar of Texas, during which time she attained fluency with filing systems and administration throughout the legislature session of 2015. She continued as a legal office administrator on behalf of the Law Office of Keith Taniguchi in Austin, Texas, where she was integral in upgrading the office systems with fiber optics and various phone enhancements.
From 2017 until 2021, Ms. Rouleau continued her efforts in administration and operations management at such organizations as the Lower Colorado River Authority, Jackson Lewis Immigration Law, Oracle, Advantest America Inc., Guild Mortgage and CBRE, among others. Throughout this period, she cultivated a wealth of innovative skills as a negotiator, communicator and crafter of policy.
In addition to her current efforts at Computershare, Ms. Rouleau has recently served as a review analyst for the Texas State Rental Relief Program and as a document specialist and change control analyst for ICU Medical Pharmaceutical Engineering Manufacturers. She is also an avid supporter of the American Red Cross and the American Lung Association and has volunteered her services as a support staffer at Compass Hospice.
Ms. Rouleau first sought an education at Tallahassee Community College, from which she earned an Associate of Arts in public affairs and psychology in 2007. Following this accomplishment, she attended Flagler College Tallahassee, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in economics in 2010. During the course of her studies, she notably availed herself in support services for students living with disabilities, correcting grammar and assisting in assignment research.
Among her most cherished accomplishments, Ms. Rouleau is most proud to have aided in the growth of both businesses and her fellow colleagues. She has particularly enjoyed her work in the legal sphere, helping to resolve problematic situations for clients and gaining the closure they deserve.
