She is a volunteer for VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance). Under the program, taxpayers are provided free or low cost tax preparation/assistance. Ms. Collins was recently involved in helping incarcerated individuals receive their Economic Impact Payments also known as Stimulus Payments.
