Since 2022, he has served as a quality manager with Palomar Products, Inc., focusing his efforts on working with the company's quality management system and the quality department, including quality engineering and inspections. His expertise lies in process improvement and implementation, as well as quality engineering.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Rodriguez began his career working with Parker Hannifin in Engineering. He went on to fulfill many roles in various industries with companies such as: Thiem Industries, Mazda, ITT Cannon, Quantum Technologies, Northrop Grumman, Sabritec, Data Aire, and subsequently as quality manager for Lund Motion Products. Over the course of his career, he has implemented and maintained various quality management systems that led to companies being certified to international standards, which include: ISO9001, AS9100 and IATF 16949. Mr. Rodriguez earned the title of Mechanical and Quality Engineer through experience and performance, and subsequently earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Stevens-Henager College.
Looking toward the future, Mr. Rodriguez intends to make a larger impact on his company while implementing a variety of necessary changes. His goal is to leave a positive mark on the company before he eventually retires. He also plans to create an education fund for his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, ensuring their future success.
