Since 2016, she has served as the Managing Attorney of Law Office of Dianne Grant. In this capacity, she handles court litigations, arbitrations, and mediations—vigorously advocating for her clients. Overall, she has worked on more than 2,000 cases, including multiple six-figure resolutions.
Before embarking upon this role, Ms. Grant began her career in the insurance field as a public adjuster between 2005 and 2009, helping homeowners handle their property damage claims. Realizing that she was limited in the position as a public adjuster, she resolved to pursue law school and became an attorney. Following her graduation, she served as an insurance defense attorney, learning how insurance companies write policies, and gaining a deeper understanding of how the system works.
Ms. Grant is admitted to practice law in Florida and in the District of Columbia. She is also admitted to practice in Federal Courts in the United States District Court for both the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
In addition to her main career path, Ms. Grant maintains her affiliation with the American Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association. To help improve the legal field for other professionals, she is also a member of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and the Haute Lawyer Network.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Grant earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2005. She subsequently attained a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University – Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in 2012. While in law school, she was the recipient of five book awards for her academic achievements.
Due to her legal work, Ms. Grant was recognized by the Haute Lawyer Network of Haute Living Magazine. She was nominated as one of the Lawyers of Distinction and named as an Elite Lawyer in 2022. She was also recognized among the Top 40 Under 40 and listed in the Top 100 by the National Black Lawyers Association. Looking toward the future, Ms. Grant plans to run for local office to bring more change to her community, ultimately hoping to inspire a younger generation of legal professionals who may seek to follow her example.
