Previously, Ms. Joseph served as a business analyst, a team lead of product enrollment, a provider advocate of account management optimization, and a senior client advocate of account management optimization for Change Healthcare. She also held leading roles with CGS Administrators LLC, CIGNA Government Service LLC, MAXIMUS and the American National Red Cross between the years 2000 and 2012.
Prior to entering the health care management sector, Ms. Joseph spent more than 15 years as a fitness instructor at the Phelps-Clifton Springs Central School District in New York from 1991 to 2008. Involved in fitness and sports for more than 40 years, she has remained active as an independent fitness trainer since 1982 and a professional sports athletic/fitness trainer since 1985.
Lending her time and expertise to other causes, Ms. Joseph frequently volunteers with such organizations as the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired and the American Cancer Society Inc. She also donates to causes related to animals.
Highly educated, Ms. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science in finance, followed by a Master of Science in exercise science at the Rochester Institute of Technology. She also garnered a multitude of credentials in her field, including as a certified revenue cycle representative through the Healthcare Financial Management Association in 2021.
