Previously, Ms. Archer Pierrot studied philosophy at the State University of New York College at Buffalo, from which she earned a Bachelor of Arts. During this period, she notably worked as the director of government and legislative affairs at the National Organization of Women in New York State, where she handled legislative review, lobbied various members of the state assembly and senators, and participated in events and rallies. She went on to attend the University at Buffalo School of Law, where she graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence.
Ms. Archer Pierrot initially worked in the field of legal service as an attorney associated with Chiacchia & Fleming LLP from 2003 until 2014. It was in this role that she first cultivated her expertise in ERISA litigation, as well as a passion for helping others. Following the birth of her third child, she resolved to enter private solo practice and attain full independence.
To commemorate her accomplishments, Ms. Archer Pierrot has notably been selected as a Super Lawyer every year since 2015, and was lauded by Thomson Reuters as a Rising Star in 2014.
