HAMILTON, NJ, November 09, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jeffrey John Lavelle has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. Since the age of 12, Mr. Lavelle has garnered expertise in the restaurant industry. Throughout the course of his career, he has advanced from dishwasher, prep cook, line cook, server, host and chef up to the position of controller and chief financial officer and even owning his own Deli/Restaurant alongside with his wife. Since 20 13, he has been the president and chief executive officer of Strictly Restaurants™, a firm providing full-service accounting and consulting services for many of the finest restaurants in the United States. Since 1994, he has also worked as a restaurant controller for various restaurants/groups and chief financial officer for David Bouley, a chef best known for his French cuisine. Prior to these roles. Mr. Lavelle served as a regional staff accountant for Sfuzzi from 1990 to 1994, in addition to serving honorably in the U.S. Navy for four years.
To commemorate his accomplishments, Mr. Lavelle was recognized as one of the 2022 Leaders in Finance through NJBIZ. He was also interviewed by DotCom Magazine and Food & Beverage Magazine for his contributions to the restaurant business. He attributes his success to his years of industry knowledge and to his understanding of the various concepts of the field, knowing intuitively what a consumer expects from a restaurant.
In a career filled with highlights, Mr. Lavelle is most proud of successfully emerging from the COYID-19 pandemic, which strengthened his knowledge of cash management and strategies regarding consultation with his clients. An additional highlight is his 30-year marriage to his wife and raising their four sons together. Looking toward the future, Mr. Lavelle aims to continue to develop Strictly Restaurants™ and expand his team. His ultimate goal is to establish offices in various states, such as a satellite office in California.
