Driven to pursue a more fulfilling career, she furthered her education, earning a Master of Physical Therapy from Chapman University in 1996.
Ms. Brusseau Kraus worked in the field of physical therapy with Skandia Physical Therapy between 1997 and 1999 and Orthosport Physical Therapy from 1999 until 2005. She has expanded upon her expertise by taking yearly certification classes and earned recognition as a certified cancer exercise trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Drawing on her considerable expertise, Ms. Brusseau Kraus presently excels as president and lead therapist for Atala Physical Therapy, through which she provides orthopedic physical therapy, pre- and post-surgical care, nonsurgical injury rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation services, performance training and injury prevention services.
To remain aware of developments affecting her field, Ms. Brusseau Kraus aligns herself with the American Physical Therapy Association. In a career filled with highlights, she is most proud of the referrals she obtains from former and current clients. She is proud to treat multi-generational families and have patients return to her care when other injuries arise.
