Dr. Anderson presently serves as the Supervisory Housing Management Specialist, in the role of Housing Director for the United States Marine Corps at her current installation.

Drawing upon over 30 years of experience, Dr. Anderson presently serves as the Supervisory Housing Management Specialist, in the role of Housing Director for the United States Marine Corps at her current installation. Through her role, she maintains oversight of over 2,210 residential properties and 33 barracks that services more than 7,500 individuals and families. Similarly, she ensures that every service member who comes to the installation is afforded equal housing opportunities, as well as manages a team of 21 staff members. In the early stages of her career, she gained valuable expertise in administrative roles with the United States Department of Defense.
Outside of her primary work, Dr. Anderson dedicates herself to her community through Life Changers International Ministries, California where she is a pastor and Fearfully & Wonderfully Made Foundation, where she is the founder. An expert in her field, she holds an Associate Degree in General Studies and Business Administration from Central Texas College, a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Computer Information Systems from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor, Master and Doctorate in Christian Theology from the International Miracle Institute.
Drive to remain abreast of changes in her field, Dr. Anderson aligns herself with Disabled Veterans of America, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the former Professional Housing Mangers Association. In light of her outstanding breadth of knowledge, she authored the books, "Becoming the Woman God Intended Me to Be" in 2020, "Encouragement for the Journey" in 2017, and "The Deepest Part of Me Echoes of My Soul" in 2016. Likewise, she was named a Woman of Empowerment of 2022 and featured as a Woman of the Month through the P.O.W.E.R. Organization and magazine. She has obtained various awards for her federal civilian service to include three Commanders Awards for Civilian Service and the Superior Civilian Award from the Department of the Army awarded to her in 2015.
Although her career has been filled with highlights, Dr. Anderson is especially gratified by her first publication as a subject matter expert for facilities management. She advises that the cornerstone of her success has been in having God at the center of her life. When she comes across challenges, she always recalls a verse in the scripture, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." In the coming years, Dr. Anderson aims to retire from federal service and run her nonprofit organization on a full-time basis. She also intends to purchase an apartment complex so she can help domestic violence survivors.
