Prior to this role, he served as a realtor at Keller Williams Realty Inc. in Naples, Florida between 2017 and 2022. He initially began his vocation working at Realty Direct Corp from 2008 until 2011. Well regarded for his contributions to the field, Mr. Paredes has received multiple awards, including the Eagle Award and the Top Agent Award from Keller Williams Realty Inc. Among his professional accomplishments, he is most proud of his perseverance and diligent efforts to effectively discontinue his bad habits by establishing a different mindset and creating a morning routine to stay disciplined in his strive for greatness after facing some personal hardships in 2016. Reflecting on his career, he attributes much of his success to his son, who inspires him to work hard, stay disciplined and continually learn.
