Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Mr. Perez studied at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota, from which he attained a bachelor's degree in 2016. Following this accomplishment, he received a Master of Business Administration at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in 2018. Throughout this period, he found success for three years in the financial sector, during which time he specialized in business development and educating the Latino community regarding the best practices in finance. Having long held the dream of managing his own business, Mr. Perez collaborated with his family to establish Café Kape Panaderia during the waning years of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In accounting for his good fortune, Mr. Perez credits the love and support of his family, who helped build the foundation of success upon which he now stands. Likewise, he draws deeply from the inspiration of his Christian faith. Looking toward the future, Mr. Perez hopes to continue expanding the scope of Café Kape Panaderia and open an additional location. Ultimately, his primary focus is to educate the Latin American community on Guatemalan culture with delicious pastries and an unforgettable flavor of coffee.
