She and her team have also worked with the Miami Dolphins and the Miami Marlins within the realm of yoga as a form of active recovery. She and her team also dedicate time to local high school, middle school, and youth athletes. Moreover, Mrs. Chiappy promotes expert yoga instruction by conducting annual teacher training sessions for those pursuing certification in the art, as well as encouraging instructors interested in working specifically with athletes.
Mrs. Chiappy brings impressive credentials and training to her business. She holds 500+ hours of yoga teacher certifications, and she earned the Studio and Rehabilitation Pilates Certification in 2011 from Polestar Pilates and is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance. Moreover, Mrs. Chiappy promotes expert yoga instruction by conducting annual teacher training sessions for those pursuing certification in the ancient practice. She also created a certification training through MYP Athletes encouraging and training certified yoga instructors interested in working specifically with athletes. She has been leading yoga teacher trainings since 2014.
