For more than 40 years, Ms. Perez has gained valuable expertise in various aspects of management, including project and program management, project planning and leadership.
Throughout the course of her career, Ms. Perez has managed over 50 union technicians who supported 12 satellites, coordinated with multiple spacecraft managers and engineers across multiple shifts and maintained responsibility for the integrity of spacecraft. Similarly, she served as team lead for BSS composite production and gained beneficial knowledge in battery production, thermal engineering and design, microwave tubes, spot welding and cryogenics.
