Leveraging more than 15 years of excellence to her credit in digital program management and development, Ms. Jafri has earned distinction as a leader for digital products. In this capacity, she is the vice president and senior lead of digital products for Wells Fargo, having joined the company in 2018 as a digital consultant. Since 2022, she has focused her efforts on working on large organization- and enterprise-wide initiatives to improve their digital transformation and enhance the banking customer experience. She impacts a variety of areas, including personal, checking and savings accounts; home lending; credit cards; student loans and other products. She also works with internal stakeholders while analyzing customer experience to address any gaps in customer experience. Additionally, she serves as a diversity, equity and inclusion employee council member.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Jafri began her career as a technical project management consultant with the CLDI Corporation and subsequently became a project manager for software engineering development for Fidelity Investments in 2008. She continued her career as a senior program management consultant for Cisco Systems in 2012 and as an engineering program management consultant for NetApp in 2013. Following this time, she served as the manager of application development at MetLife in 2014 until becoming the executive project management for the CLDI Corporation in 2017.
Among her professional accomplishments, Ms. Jafri is proud to have received the You're A Star Award from Fidelity Investments in 2010. She was also recognized with a Wells Ware Award for launching the first digital API management platform for Wells Fargo in 2020 and with a Wells Top Dollar award for her outstanding performance in digital transformation.
Saima gained experience in the industry and simultaneously earned a bachelor's degree in social science, business administration and management from Harvard University in 2020. Well-qualified in her field, she completed a certificate program in project management at the University of California, Berkeley in 2019 and holds a graduate level professional certificate in organizational behavior studies from Harvard University.
Within the coming years, Ms. Jafri intends to complete her Master of Business Administration program at Purdue University. She is aiming for a higher executive role where she can utilize her extensive experience, unique perspective, educational background and deep motivation. Her ultimate goal is to elevate another organization to greater heights.
