Ms. Weitzel has been admitted to practice by the Colorado Bar Association, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
To remain abreast in her industry, Ms. Weitzel has been a member of the American Bar Association, the Mediation Association of Colorado, and the Arapahoe, Douglas, and Jefferson County Bar Associations. Ms. Weitzel has also served in various roles as a member of the Colorado Bar Association, including a continuous member of the family law section. She also served on the CBA Ethics committee and its hotline call-in committee where she dealt with an assortment of ethical issues that family law attorneys routinely faced.
Honoring her accomplishments, Ms. Weitzel has been recognized by several leading law publications, including Best Lawyers in America as a three-time inductee.
