Having recently earned her law degree, Ms. Hawk sought to work for a smaller company, through which she could focus her expertise on tax law. She also thought it would be a worthwhile opportunity to become involved in charitable giving, since she has always been invested in volunteerism. Looking toward the future, Ms. Hawk plans to continue focusing on the field as it relates to business so that she can assist people in expanding and protecting their businesses.
Prior to obtaining her position with Charitable Solutions LLC, Ms. Hawk served as a legal intern for MTA Visions Global CSR & Government Relations in 2020, a legal administrative assistant for Red King Law in 2020, and a law clerk for Robert R. Hopper & Associates LLC in 2019. She also functioned as a research intern and freelance writer for Evan Guthrie Law Firm in 2018 and a judicial intern for the Sullivan County Courthouse in 2018.
Avid about giving back to charitable and nonprofit organizations, Ms. Hawk has lent her time to Alzheimer's Tennessee, the FISH Hospitality Pantries, and The Salvation Army. She was also a volunteer and intern at the Public Defender's Conference for the 9th Judicial District. Presently, Ms. Hawk serves as a board member and legal committee director for Doing Good, an organization that serves to provide other agencies with marketing and public relations tools and opportunities.
Ms. Hawk studied at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where she received a bachelor's degree in public relations and business administration in 2018. She subsequently achieved a Doctor of Jurisprudence at Belmont University College of Law in 2021.
Additionally, Ms. Hawk garnered certification in first aid through Prime Medical Training.
Professionally, Ms. Hawk was an active member of Belmont Law's Women's Legal Society and Family Law Society during law school. During her time at the University of Tennessee, she became affiliated with the National Society of Leadership and Success, Phi Sigma Theta National Honor Society, and the Sigma Kappa Sorority.
