Outside of her work, she is the captain of a team involved with the Albany Take Steps Walk through the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America. Not only does she suffer from Crohn's, but her daughter also passed away due to complications from the disease. Additionally, Ms. Pronto worked as the finance clerk of her church and was a flutist with the Lake George Community Band.
An expert in her field, Ms. Pronto holds an Associate of Applied Science in business administration from SUNY Adirondack. Though her career has been filled with highlights, she takes the most pride in helping her employers stay relevant as times change, and in her two children. Within the coming years, Ms. Pronto aims to parlay her knowledge to others so that she can eventually retire from her role and remain open to new opportunities.
