Dr. Allan P. Gold was first introduced to psychology when working for the medical unit while serving in the U.S. Army. Dr. Gold received two bachelor's degrees in mathematics and psychology, and later obtained a PhD in 1978, all from the University of California Berkeley. A nationally certified school psychologist, Dr. Gold has been a district psychologist for the Reed Union School District since 1976. Additionally, he was an adjunct professor at his alma mater from 1980 to 1987.
