MARIETTA, OHIO, December 19, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dr. Diane Marie Dudzinski, retired professor of biology from Washington State Community College, has been selected for a cover feature in the Ninth Edition of Marquis Millennium Magazine. Released triannually, Millennium Magazine features the narrative biographies of the world's most esteemed and accomplished professionals. The publication is available exclusively to Marquis listees, and inclusion is by invitation only.
From a young age, Dr. Diane Marie Dudzinski has been interested in the sciences, and upon the encouragement of her family and early teachers, she decided to pursue biology as a career path. Matriculating at Villa Maria College (now part of Gannon University), she received a BS in 1968 and subsequently attended Fordham University. Earning an MS and a PhD by 1974, she served the prestigious university as a laboratory assistant and teaching fellow during her graduate and doctoral studies. Alongside these appointments, she was also a biology educator at Ladycliff College, Pace University and Manhattan College, where she advanced from instructor to assistant professor. In 1978, Dr. Dudzinski joined the College of Santa Fe, where she was an associate and full professor, as well as chairperson of the Department of Science and Mathematics. She departed from the college in 1985.
