Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Flores married her husband Daniel Flores, while raising a large family and battling many personal and health challenges. She attended North Monterey County High School, as well as college coursework at Hartnell College. She later gained certification as an Accredited Residential Manager, with the Institute of Real Estate Management. Among her professional accomplishments, she was honored with Manager of the Quarter Award in 2015 and Property of the Year award in 2020 from Project Management, Inc.
Looking to the future, Mrs. Flores intends to obtain her real estate license, as well as a broker's license while helping Project Management, Inc. continue to grow by improving its overall operations. Her goal this year is to create a paperless environment for her team, allowing them to reduce stressors in their company. A dedicated worker by nature, she strives to push through the challenges each day presents, leveraging her expertise and skills to bolster her success.
