Looking to the future, Mrs. Flores intends to retire in the next several years, potentially transitioning her career to the real estate industry where she can continue working with people. She was originally inspired to join her field by her parents, who immigrated to the United States without speaking fluent English, leading them to experience a great deal of challenges to stabilize their family.
