Partnering with the original owner of A-Sha in Taiwan, Mr. Chang and he decided to expand operations internationally in the U.S., thus forming A-Sha Foods USA in 2015. Their overwhelming success has notably landed them on the Top 500 Fastest Growing Companies by Inc. Magazine on three separate occasions.
Apart from his vested interests in A-Sha Foods USA, Mr. Chang has been the owner and operator of Pacific Trade Partner since 2012, an import company that focuses on the Asha dry noodle from Taiwan. Mr. Chang also spent years in information and computer science, working for such recognized companies as IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, The Walt Disney Company, Warner Music Group, and Warner Bros. Studios.
To further support his businesses, Mr. Chang is a member of the Alhambra Chamber of Commerce and the San Marino Chamber of Commerce. He is also a devoted civil advocate who is presently a member of the Chinese Club of San Marino and a supporter of the Chinese School of San Marino. Additionally, Mr. Chang has been active with Mayor Eric Garcetti of Los Angeles on various local initiatives that support and promote the Asian American culture.
Highly educated, Mr. Chang received a Bachelor of Science in information and computer science from the University of California at Irvine in 2001, followed by a Master of Business Administration in corporate finance and marketing from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California in 2006. Furthermore, Mr. Chang is Information Technology Infrastructure Library certified and a high level SAP and Microsoft collaboration tools specialist.
Crediting his success to never taking no for an answer, Mr. Chang maintains an incredible work ethic and is not afraid to put in the hard work to reach his professional goals.
