In this capacity, she is a senior financial analyst for Macro Plastics Inc., a packaging and containers manufacturing company. Since 2021, she has focused her efforts on ensuring machines are functional and keeping any KPIs current and accurate. She identifies prices they can offer the clients based on her careful budgeting and forecasting while communicating any variances to her team.

Prior to her current role, Mrs. Harbolt began her career as a trade settlement analyst for Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in 2014 and was promoted to an accountant in 2017. Looking to the future, Mrs. Harbolt intends to continue to advance in her career, increasing her focus on financial planning and modeling. As part of this goal, she plans to obtain certification as a chartered financial analyst. Initially intending to become a teacher, she found she had a greater affinity for financial management. She also discovered her ability to start over and do something different, adapting to new challenges comfortably over the course of her career.
