Drawing on over two decades of diverse expertise, Mr. Liska specializes in Geographic Information Systems and Technology. Since 2020, he has found much success as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) group leader at HR Green Inc., while concurrently serving as their GIS practice advisor as of 2010. In this capacity, he is responsible for managing the entire company's GIS department. Prior to this role, he was active as a Global Positioning System and a GIS specialist at the Xenia Rural Water District from 2006 until 2010. Mr. Liska initially began his career as a small engine mechanic at Aero Rental, where he served from 2000 to 2006.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Liska pursued an education at Kirkwood Community College, where he obtained an Associate's degree in Global Positioning Systems and Geographic Information Systems in 2005. He continued his academic efforts at Post University, formerly known as the American Sentinel University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Geographic Information Systems and Information Technology in 2013. As a commitment to his field, he has been licensed as a Part 107 drone pilot by the FAA, and has been active with several industry-related organizations, including the Urban and Regional Information Systems Association and the National Association of Sewer Service Companies. Likewise dedicated to civic advocacy, Mr. Liska contributes to the Washington Community School District, the Washington Baseball Club, Habitat for Humanity and Hawkeye Cans for Cancer.

Among his professional accomplishments, he is most proud of his tenure with HR Green. Reflecting on his career, he attributes much of his success to his parents, who instilled in him a great work ethic. Looking toward the future, Mr. Liska aspires to expand the scope of his service at the company to advance his department further and hopes to be more involved as a local school board member to ensure that students are succeeding academically.
