Ms. Constanzo brings a background in the legal profession to her current role as a commercial real estate broker for Coldwell Banker Commercial. An award-winning leader in her field, she has been recognized as part of one of the Top Two Commercial Real Estate Teams in the United States and among the Top Seven Female Brokers Worldwide by Coldwell Banker Commercial. In addition, she has received the company's Circle of Distinction Award every year since joining the company. Ms. Constanzo's achievements have earned her widespread recognition, including speaking engagements, features in many newspapers and invitations to present at multiple conferences and panels.
Before embarking on her real estate journey, Ms. Constanzo worked in the legal field for 20 years, holding positions at Latham & Watkins, WilmerHale, Munger, Tolles & Olson, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, and in the entertainment and hospitality division of Arthur Andersen, among others. A series of life changing events — as well as the encouragement of her father — inspired Ms. Constanzo to seek a career with more flexibility in the mid-2010s. She accepted a position as a real estate consultant with DHA in 2016 and joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate two years later.
Ms. Constanzo holds an Associate in Arts degree from Pasadena City College and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the prestigious Annenberg School for Communications from the University of Southern California. She is a licensed realtor and is currently pursuing a CCIM designation. As a commitment to her field, she is a member of the National Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors.
A volunteer within her local community, Ms. Constanzo has supported numerous charities, including the Children's Educational Foundation, the Midnight Mission, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Leukemia Lymphoma Society, American Red Cross, Gobble Gobble Give, City of Hope and Door of Hope. She has served as a mentor and teacher to children in South Central Los Angeles and founded a children's educational foundation while living in Jamaica that donated more than 10,000 textbooks to underprivileged children. Recently, Ms. Constanzo was part of a team of women that organized a yoga event at the Rose Bowl, a fundraising event to raise money for charitable causes.
Outside of work, Ms. Constanzo enjoys spending time with her 23-year-old daughter, Alexandria, a graduate of the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, and her 21-year-old son, Michael, a student at Pasadena City College. Her hobbies include yoga and meditation, travel, discovering the best food and the best Old Fashioneds in Southern California.
