As a lifelong cattleman and rancher, he specializes in agricultural real estate sales as a managing broker in California for Hayden Outdoors Real Estate Corp., where he has operated since 2021. As an expert in the field, he maintains a particular focus on selling ranches and other commercial and recreational properties, having worked with many accountants and attorneys over the course of his career. Adjacent to his primary duties, he also currently manages a cow-calf operation in his community. Mr. Welch previously operated as a broker for his own real estate firm Joseph W. Welch Realty.

Mr. Welch previously cultivated a formal education, completing two years of collegiate coursework at Modesto Junior College before studying agricultural science at California Polytechnic State University for a year. In addition to his academic studies, he holds an e-PRO certification, and he is a Certified Negotiation Expert and a licensed real estate broker in the state of California. In light of his fulfilling career, he largely attributes his success to his honesty, integrity and dedicated involvement in the ranching community, which has helped him develop a positive reputation in the real estate industry.
