Day, founder and president of Bugles Across America, has been selected for a cover feature in the Seventh Edition of Marquis Millennium Magazine. Released triannually, Millennium Magazine features the narrative biographies of the world's most esteemed and accomplished professionals. Tom J. Day is the founder and president of Bugles Across America, an organization founded in 2000 subsequent to Congress passing legislation stating that military veterans have the right to at least two uniformed military servicemen to fold the flag and play Taps via an electronic device. Although Mr. Day, a Marine Corps veteran himself, was thrilled to learn of the new law, he was determined to alter the law and have Taps played by skilled buglers at the cemetery. Thus, Bugles Across America came into fruition.
