During an earlier stage of his career, Mr. Romanic gained experience as a draftsman for Saint Onge Ruff & Associates. He also worked as a job captain for Crabree, Rohrbaugh Associates + Architects.
An alumnus of Drexel University, Mr. Romanic earned a Bachelor of Architecture in 1998. Mr. Romanic previously acquired an associate's degree in architectural drafting and architectural computer-aided design and drafting at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology in 1989.
Mr. Romanic is a member of several industry-related organizations, including the Baltimore Urban Land Institute, the Philadelphia Urban Land Institute, Innovating Commerce Serving Communities, the Maryland Building Industry Association, CIRC (Commercial - Industrial Realty Council), and The Committee of 100 Delaware. All of these organizations have been instrumental in Mr. Romanic's career.
