Dr. Watson is revolutionizing what leadership should looks like in the 21st century. Outside of her primary career efforts, Dr. Watson host a podcast bringing top industry leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, and ordinary people to do extraordinary things. The show is called "The Change Lives, Change Perspectives Show", aired on Spotify and Anchor. The show modernizes leadership on a global level the art of leading with a purpose. It aims to help listeners become better leaders, to go beyond their self-interest and how to become a person of significant influence. Additionally, she is a valued member of the American Psychological Society, the American Psychological Association, and The Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology. Prior to embarking on the professional journey, Dr. Watson earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Florida Memorial University in 1997. She then attained a master's degree in counseling psychology from Towson University in 2006 located in Towson, Maryland and gained a Doctor of Philosophy as a noteworthy Psychologist specializing in Organizational Psychology from Walden University in 2021. Well-qualified in her field, she holds certifications in leadership, advanced leadership certification and the executive leadership certification from NSLS | The National Society of Leadership and Success.
