Subsequently, she received a master's degree in industrial supervision and management and a Doctor of Industrial Technology from the University of Northern Iowa in 1992 and 1995 respectively. Dr. Jin became a certified quality engineer, a certified manufacturing technologist, and a certified quality management systems auditor during her early career.
Dr. Jin was honored with the Young Alumni Award through the University of Northern Iowa in 2008. The cornerstone of her success lay in her strong Christian faith, foresight, her multicultural background and her holistic perspectives. After started a new life in the USA with only $100, she delivered unbeatable business results while raising two successful children. Outside of her work, she served UNI and American Red Cross boards, volunteers to help international students and enjoys traveling globally.
