Darryle A. Endfinger is Celebrated for Excellence in Service to the U.S. Army

Mr. Endfinger is recognized for contributions to military education

    RICHMOND, KY, January 20, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Darryle A. Endfinger has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Motivated by his strong sense of patriotism, Mr. Endfinger served the U.S. Army in Vietnam from 1966 to 1969. Exhibiting skills as a paratrooper, he served with the 2nd Battalion of the 501st Infantry of the Echo Company, advancing to become an army drill sergeant during his service. Mr. Endfinger continued his career as a high school teacher, in addition to overseeing a Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps program from 1989 to 1996. Furthermore, he owned and operated White House Bed and Breakfast from 1997 until 2002.

To commemorate his accomplishments, Mr. Endfinger has received numerous awards during his time serving the U.S. Army, including a Combat Infantry Badge, a Parachutist Badge and an Army Commendation with Valor. He has likewise been the multiple-time recipient of a Bronze Star Medal, among other awards celebrating his courageous service. Mr. Endfinger has been a two-time listee with Who's Who Among America's Teachers, owing to his excellence as a Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps instructor.

Noteworthy for his comprehensive military career, Mr. Endfinger was the first sergeant of Charlie Airborne at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Presently ambassador for the National Veterans Memorial and Museum, he also served as first sergeant to Michael Ferriter, the current president and chief executive officer of the same institution. In addition to his military and teaching qualifications, Mr. Endfinger earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in sales from Columbia College.

Looking toward the future, Mr. Endfinger plans to continue connecting with fellow veterans, and is grateful to the Veterans Administration for their meticulous care. In his work, he encourages others to relentlessly pursue opportunities, drawing upon Napoleon Hill's quote: "Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve."
