As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Having accrued more than four decades of valuable expertise in his chosen field, Dr. Singer has earned distinction as the owner of his own private dental practice in Chevy Chase, Maryland. In this capacity, he diagnoses and treats a wide variety of patients, and bears a particular specialization in oral and maxillofacial surgery, encompassing facial reconstruction, orthognathic surgery and the treatment of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction. He also demonstrates a great deal of proficiency in dental alveolar surgery, which includes wisdom teeth removal, extractions, bone grafting, and dental implant surgery.

Moreover, he is a fellow of both the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists, and has been inducted into the honorable society of Alpha Omega.

Before embarking upon his professional journey, Dr. Singer sought a formal education at Brooklyn College, from which he earned a Bachelor of Arts in biology in 1973. Following this accomplishment, he attended the Howard University College of Dentistry, where he graduated on the honor roll with a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1978. Dr. Singer went on to undertake oral and maxillofacial surgical residencies at Howard University, the VA Hospital in Washington, D.C. and D.C. General Hospital, where he notably served as the chief resident.

Mead Award from the District of Columbia Dental Society. Additionally, he earned several awards from the Howard University College of Dentistry, such as the Dean's Award, the John Turner Award and the Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award.

Among his most cherished accomplishments, Dr. Singer is gratified to have dedicated his career to service on behalf of his patients. In accounting for his success, he largely credits the influence of his father, who encouraged him to become a dentist. Looking toward the future, Dr. Singer hopes to experience sustained professional growth and begin orienting his priorities toward retirement.
