He has served in this capacity since 2020, managing all financial aspects of the company's operations, including research and development, manufacturing, master data management and customer service, while also overseeing human resources, the legal department, information technology and general services. Mr. Marrone's performance in the field was born of his academic journey. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration cum laude from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business in 2005, then spent several years in the field gaining experience as a rating analyst at NCCI Holdings, Inc., and a financial analyst for LexisNexis. He returned to his studies to obtain a Master of Business Administration in finance/competitive strategy from the University of Florida Hough Graduate School of Business in 2010. He continued his career as a lead financial analyst for Ryder System Inc., finance manager for LexisNexis, and chief financial officer for Embraer Executive Jets before he was recruited to Honda Aircraft Company.
Of his many career achievements, Mr. Marrone is especially proud of his work at Embraer Executive Jets, where he built a solid foundation for the company to help it become sustainable and generate cash flow for shareholders. His excellent work earned him a place on Triad Business Journal's 2022 Top 40 Under 40 list.
