Prior to opening Desert Life Pharmacy, Dr. Spaeth garnered more than a decade of experience as a pharmacist for the Walgreens from 2008 to 2019. As an extension of her work, Dr. Spaeth has served as a preceptor at the University of Arizona and Midwestern University.
Civically, Dr. Spaeth has been active in her community as the public relations chair for the local Rotary International's Saddlebrooke Sunrise location.
Highly educated, Dr. Spaeth earned a Bachelor of Science in biology at Arizona State University and a Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of Arizona in 2008. She also completed an internship in her field upon graduation. To remain abreast in the industry, Dr. Spaeth is actively engaged as a member of the National Community Pharmacists Association and the Arizona Pharmacy Association.
Honoring her accomplishments, Dr. Spaeth's pharmacy was a two-time recipient of Best Drugstore in Tucson by the Daily Star in 2021 and 2022. She was also the recipient of an award from the Arizona Pharmacy Association for her dedication to the field. Furthermore, Dr. Spaeth received recognition with a Congressional Award from Congressman Thomas Charles O'Halleran for her drive-through COVID-19 immunization initiative.
