Prior to embarking on his professional journey, he earned an associate's degree in finance and accounting from Delaware State University. He then attained a bachelor's degree in business and finance from Wilmington University.

Among his professional accomplishments, Mr. Henry was honored with a Social Entrepreneur Award and an Institute of Management Accountants Award from the State of Delaware.
