Ms. Martzolf is distinguished for dedication to the real estate industry since 2003. Since 2018, she has served as a partner and a licensed realtor for The Martzolf Group, which is affiliated with McEnery Residential in New Orleans, Louisiana. She demonstrates proficiency in all aspects of her profession, including listing presentations, helping her buyers realize the value of their sale, building and renovating houses, and communicating with her clients. Having a background in art, she also has a keen eye for design, recognizing when a home needs to be improved for maximum value, in addition to possessing expertise in floor plans.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Martzolf managed an art gallery for three years and was a realtor for Latter & Blum from 2004 to 2011. She subsequently acquired a role as a licensed realtor for Keller Williams Realty in 2010, where she remained until 2018. Throughout the course of her career, Ms. Martzolf has been recognized in various publications due to her wide range of knowledge in the real estate industry, including New Orleans Magazine in 2017 and 2021. She also appeared on the television show, "Small House, Big Easy," on HGTV in 2016.
Prior to embarking upon her professional journey, Ms. Martzolf received a Bachelor of Arts in fine art from Colorado College in 2000. To further her expertise in the field of real estate, she became certified as a Historic Homes Specialist through the Preservation Resource Center in 2008. To commemorate her accomplishments, she was recognized with an Award for Excellence in Construction Real Estate via City Business in 2019, and received the Louise S. McGehee Distinguished Alumni Award in 2016.
In a career filled with highlights, Ms. Martzolf is most proud of her ability to support her community through raising funds and awareness of local nonprofit organizations with an emphasis on both education and the culture and history unique to New Orleans. She currently serves on the board of the Preservation Resource Center, YAYA-Young Aspirations Young Artists, and Hermann-Grima + Gallier Historic Houses, and is the incoming Dress for Success New Orleans board president starting January 2023. She is also a member of the International Women's Forum-Louisiana Chapter and the Women's Professional Council. She is past board member of the Junior League of New Orleans, the Foundation for Science & Mathematics Education, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society-Mississippi/Louisiana, Save Our Cemeteries, and served as the Louise S. MeGehee Alumni President (2020).
Ms. Martzolf attributes her success to hard work, connecting with people, determining her clients' true goals and being patient in hearing the opinions of others.
