Backed by his considerable expertise in architectural history and design, classical archaeology, and cultural properties management, Dr. Howe presently excels as chair of art history for Southwestern University. Similarly, he works as the coordinator general, chief archaeologist, and master planner for The Restoring Ancient Stabiae Foundation in Italy. Previously, Dr. Howe gained valuable experience in education as a Herman Brown Distinguished Research Professor and chair of the art department at Southwestern University, and in varying architectural and executive roles with Palatine East Excavation and Castle Copse Excavation.
