She was subsequently promoted to assistant vice president of training, and then vice president of franchise development. She was recruited by Express Employment Professionals in 1994 where she remained for more than a decade. Ms. Pizarro was recruited by PrideStaff as vice president of franchise development and currently serves as senior vice president. She recently celebrated her 15th year with PrideStaff.
Throughout her 40+ year career in the field, Ms. Pizarro has assisted business professionals transition into business ownership by joining highly reputable franchises in the staffing industry. Passionate about her work, she has frequently served as an expert on conference panels and national webinars. Early in her career, Ms. Pizarro earned her designation as a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) through the International Franchise Association. Well-qualified in her industry, Ms. Pizarro is a certified franchise executive through the International Franchise Association.
