Outside of her work, Ms. Rodriguez volunteers for a nonprofit as an attorney on immigration cases and as a volunteer with Proyecto Faro in Rockland County and Catholic Charities throughout New York State. Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, she aligns herself with the New York State Bar Association, the Hudson Valley Hispanic Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, and the Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys. An expert in her field, Ms. Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from John Jay College and a JD from Albany Law School.
