Thaddeus Bullard has been Inducted into the Prestigious Marquis Who's Who Biographical Registry

Mr. Bullard, who is best known as Titus O'Neil in the professional wrestling industry, has earned a stellar reputation as a World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) superstar and global ambassador. Debuting on television in 2010 in Florida Championship Wrestling airing on Bright House Sports Network, he subsequently exhibited his athletic skills, infectious charm and positive personality on a number of WWE-branded television programs, including WWE NXT, WWE Smackdown! and WWE Raw. A former WWE Tag Team Champion and WWE 24/7 Champion, Mr. Bullard has been a part of some of WWE's most memorable moments, including as a host of WWE's flagship Premium Live Event, Wrestlemania.

As a global ambassador for WWE, Mr. Bullard has also become recognized as one of the most philanthropic and community-minded superstars in the history of the organization. In addition to his involvement with such noteworthy national nonprofit organizations as the Boys & Girls Club of America and Susan G. Komen for the Cure, he also founded the Bullard Family Foundation, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide families and children with necessary programs, resources, and special moments that help them to build character while developing stronger relationships within their communities. Furthermore, Mr. Bullard has been very active with the youth of Tampa, Florida, having implemented various programs that concentrate on community, mentorship, technology, the arts, and sports, in addition to initiating workforce development training and support services for parents in need of additional support.

Presently residing in Tampa, Mr. Bullard was recently appointed to serve as a member of the board of directors for the Florida State Fair Authority in 2022. The Florida State Fair, which was originally held in Tampa in 1904, has since become one of the largest events in the entire state. The 12-day annual family-friendly event includes a dynamic agricultural program, a circus, animal exhibits, and more. Excited about the opportunity to work with the aforementioned organization, Mr. Bullard looks forward to serving in an instrumental role by promoting the importance of agriculture, particularly to underserved communities, as a native of Florida.

In 2019, Mr. Bullard authored his first book, "There's No Such Thing as a Bad Kid: How I Went from Stereotype to Prototype." Among other notable positions outside of his primary responsibilities, he has contributed to the board of the Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation and as the student body vice president for the University of Florida. Furthermore, Mr. Bullard has participated in United Way's Walking School Bus program for at-risk youth.

Born in Boynton Beach, Florida, Mr. Bullard later graduated from Suwannee High School in Live Oak, Florida, where he garnered attention playing football for the Suwannee Bulldogs. He subsequently attended the University of Florida, with which he found success competing in college football as a Florida Gator. Shortly after earning his degree in 2000, Mr. Bullard became an arena football player between 2003 and 2007.

Accepting a multitude of awards and recognitions throughout his professional career, Mr. Bullard notably won the MEGA Dad Award for Celebrity Dad of the Year in 2015. He was also presented with three Goodwill Gator Awards between 2019 and 2021 and was honored as a finalist for the ESPN Muhammad Ali Sports Humanitarian Award in both 2020 and 2021. In 2021, he was proudly inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as the recipient of the 2020 Warrior Award as a testament to his perseverance, courage and compassion in his personal and professional lives. Moreover, The Thaddeus M. Bullard Academy at Sligh Middle Magnet School was named in his honor for his astounding philanthropic work with the Tampa Bay youth. Among all of his accolades, however, Mr. Bullard notes being a father to his two sons (Thaddeus Jr. ("TJ") and Titus) as his most noteworthy achievement.
