In this capacity, she is the president and owner of Credentialing Experts, Inc. Since 2004, she has focused her efforts on ensuring the company provides stellar customer service while assisting medical and healthcare professionals navigate the credentialing and provider enrollment process. Additionally, she is a member of the national chapter for the National Association Medical Staff Services, having previously served as the president of the local chapter. She has also served on the Medical Advisory Committee of Concorde Career College since 2012.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Yokley began her career working with the medical staff coordinator for the department of medical staff services at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri in 1993. She then became a managed care credentialing coordinator for the hospital in 1995. She has also been a speaker for several professional associations, medical, chiropractic and professional schools.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Yokley completed college coursework at Penn Valley Community College and attained certification as a certified provider credentialing specialist. Within the coming years, she intends to retire, handing the business over to her niece who she is currently mentoring. She strives to go the extra mile of each person she meets, ensuring they feel they are important to her.
