During the early stages of her career, Dr. Hays gained valuable expertise in the field as the Quality Assurance Director of PASRR, QTC Medical group, a special treatment program consultant with Shandin Hills Behavioral Health, a clinical psychologist with Concept Healthcare, regional manager for the Penny Lane Family Center, and a Qualified Medical Evaluator for California, just to name a few. Due to her outstanding breadth of knowledge, Dr. Hays has also become known as a SME (subject matter expert) for the Board of Psychology.
An expert in her field, Dr. Hays holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Master of Arts and PhD in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. In light of her professional achievements, she has been featured in Inland Empire Magazine. While her career has been filled with standout moments, she takes the most pride in working with children and adolescents for more than 10 years. Though hard work and dedication have brought her far, she credits her overall success to the support of her husband. In the next three to five years, Dr. Hays intends to expand upon her expertise and bring more providers to Inland Pacific Psychological Services who can continue to provide mental health services to the community.
