Recognized as a custom extruder, molder, and fabricating company, Central Sales Service Inc. specializes in the design and production of gaskets, seals, and molded parts for a multitude of industries. Having been in the rubber industry since the mid-1970s, Mr. Deaver originally worked at Allied Rubber as a manager and sales professional for 10 years before establishing his own company. Throughout his prolific career, he has obtained seven U.S. patents in product design. Mr. Deaver attributes his success to his perseverance and integrity.
Apart from his commitments at Central Sales Service Inc., Mr. Deaver has been serving as the president and engineer at CSS Rail Ind since 1983, a company that produces railcar gaskets and parts and also designs and manufactures rubber seals, transit, freight, and other products. Additionally, Mr. Deaver has been active as a member of the investment counsel for a 420-acre marijuana farm called Later Friends since 2019.
Giving back to his community, Mr. Deaver frequently donates to charitable causes related to animals, including his local humane society.
Mr. Deaver studied at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee, where he received a Bachelor of Science in biology, agriculture, and chemistry in 1973. He remains a member of Alpha Phi Omega.
