In this capacity, she is the head of U.S. listings and revenue, having joined the company in 2018 as the head of East Coast listings and capital services. Since 2022, she has focused her efforts on overseeing the United States and Canada for listings, investor relations, ESG and governance revenue and, EMEA for new listings and retention. She leads a team of 95 people and is responsible for the strategic direction of the business as well as winning, retaining, and switching listings and growing Nasdaq's Capital Markets, Investor Relations, ESG, and Governance Solutions. She handles all elements related to retaining and driving new business.
In addition, Ms. Snow serves on the boards of Marelli, a KKR-backed portfolio company, Nasdaq Private Markets, a consortium company in partnership with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Silicon Valley Bank, Citi & Allen & Co, and The Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence, a convening community of board members, executives & thought leaders. Prior to Nasdaq, Ms. Snow was a Managing Director and Head of New York Equity Sales at Credit Suisse where she spent five years in investment banking and 13 years in equity sales. She maintains her Series 7, 63, 9 and 10 licenses. She received her Bachelor of Science from Babson College where she graduated with distinction and her Master's in Business Administration from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
Also a dedicated civil advocate, Ms. Snow was appointed to the Babson College Advisory Board and the Georgetown MBA Alumni Advisory Council in 2020 and previously served on the boards of The Packer Collegiate Institute in Brooklyn from 2014-2021 and the Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy from 2018-2021.
