Prior to this role, he contributed to Marlite Inc. in a variety of roles, including as a project manager, a chain distribution coordinator, a chain distribution sales specialist, a territory sales specialist, a territory sales manager and the director of business development from 2008 until 2018. Mr. McNutt initially began his career serving as a sales representative at Albert Guarnieri and Co. from 2005 to 2008.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. McNutt pursued an education at The Ohio State University, where he completed coursework in electrical and electronic engineering in 2003. He continued his academic efforts at The Pennsylvania State University World Campus, earning an Associate of Science in business administration and management in 2020. As a commitment to his field, he has obtained a master certificate in business leadership and management from the Michigan State University Eli Broad College of Business in 2018. Likewise dedicated to civic advocacy, Mr. McNutt contributes to the Tuscarawas County Humane Society.
