Prior to his current role, Mr. Dresser began his career as a senior vice president of construction operations for Ahlstrom Kamyr/AMEC/Andritz in 1982. He then was the vice president of Lauren Engineers and Constructors, Inc. in 2006 and served as the vice president of construction for Flint Energy Services in 2008. Following this time, he was the construction director for the Northwest Redwater Partnership in 2011 and construction director of the Fluor Corporation in 2013.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Dresser was featured numerous times on podcasts and other media for his expertise, including with the Atlas Marketing and Keystone Contractors Association on creating "Better Project Outcomes." He was also featured in the Fall 2021 edition of Keystone Contractor Magazine in "Differentiating Yourself from the Pack: Creating a Culture of Exceptional Morale" and the Winter 2023 edition in the piece "Get Optimized to Boost Profitability." Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Dresser completed coursework in business administration, management and operations from Lycoming College.
