As a manager and entrepreneur for several multi-level businesses, Ms. Glass offers extensive experience to her clients. She further excels in business accounting, which stems from her tenured career (30 years) with Ford Motor Credit. Hired as a processor in the Branch Operations Support System (BOSS) department, Ms. Glass later held the roles of an accounting clerk Supervisor of the BOSS Department before retiring from the organization in 2002.
An experienced Design and Utility Patent holder, Ms. Glass invented and began manufacturing the Comb-N-Weave during the early 2000's. The hair weave attachment product, which was developed for the African American community, offers an innovative way to apply weaves without damaging existing hair. Although Ms. Glass was offered a large sum of money from an investor for the rights to her product, she chose to have salon owners become distributors of the Comb-N-Weave to bring more money back into their local communities. Becoming a published author in 2020, Ms. Glass released "Ask God: My Journal of Prayer Requests." The book is a journal designed to help you create a habit of asking God for your needs and recording them when HE answers. It is a tool with the intention of inspiring you to build a closer relationship with God! Ms. Glass served on the board of The Detroit Learning Center, a local charter school in northwest Detroit. She is currently active on the board of the Emmanuel House Recovery Program, which serves the veteran community. Additionally, Ms. Glass is the director of the Entrepreneurs' Ministry at her church, Greater Grace Temple, in Detroit, and is the director of the Entrepreneur Ministry for Trinity Deliverance Church in Detroit.
Ms. Glass completed coursework in accounting and business management at the University of Detroit and Wayne County Community College. She also completed an internship through Ford Motor Credit Company.
