Moreover, his inspiration for establishing Naschmarkt Restaurants Inc. originated from the massive food and produce market called Naschmarkt in Vienna; and much like the market, his dishes are made from locally grown fresh seasonal ingredients. Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Tekdemir completed his coursework in business and hotel management in Turkey.
Among his professional accomplishments, Mr. Tekdemir is most proud of establishing his business and of the relationships that he has built with his personnel, who have worked with him for over a decade. Reflecting on his career, he attributes much of his success to his consistency in both the quality and quantity of his work. Looking toward the future, Mr. Tekdemir aspires to open additional restaurants and hopes to train more individuals to whom he could eventually pass on his legacy.
