An expert in her field, Ms. Curtis began her career as a public health analyst at Northrop Grumman, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in its program evaluation research branch in 2001. She subsequently served as a research associate at The MayaTech Corporation, was a consultant and project manager at Wellsys Corporation, and, among other roles, was a consultant and evaluator for Noble Insight Inc. and as a senior public health analyst and consultant for DB Consulting Group Inc.
Looking toward the future, Ms. Curtis aims to expand PC Eval Consulting, LLC by acquiring more business from the federal and nonprofit sectors. She also seeks to hire additional personnel to handle the influx in business.
Highly educated, Ms. Curtis obtained a bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in chemistry at Tuskegee University. She also received a master's degree in health care policy and administration at the Stetson-Hatcher School of Business at Mercer University. Shortly after acquiring her master's degree, Ms. Curtis served as an ORISE Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control in the prevention research and analytic methods division. To remain aware of developments in her field, Ms. Curtis is a respected member of the American Evaluation Association.
Recognizing her contributions, Ms. Curtis was honored with a Secretary Award for Distinguished Service on the Motor Vehicle Occupant Injury Team. She was also nominated for an Outstanding Contributions to Public Health Award.
